the darkness

there is a tingling sensation in my hands... that's hard on electronics
it killed my computer,    a second newer one reacts badly to my touch
thus it has been difficult to be here at my beloved DA

now too
the shadows which are always on the edge of my vision have grown bolder
and other signs abound
it seems I remember these feelings from time before....
what happened then  in the end       was that I died   far off and alone
and an eagle stole my hat
so.....

I'll do my best to stick around
or at the very least   get in a few more submissions
before darkness becomes complete
but just in case...
please know my great depth of gratitude
for all those here
whose kindness and beauty
has shone like a sun
in this   my long  terrible night
